Chevrolet India has launched the BSIV version of the MPV starting at a price of Rs.7.51 lakh for the base version, going all the way up to Rs. 10.34 lakh, (both ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top-end LT version. The ARAI claimed mileage of the BSIV car is 12.2 kmpl.
The car now gets a two-litre, four-cylinder, common-rail diesel engine that produces maximum power of 106.8PS @ 4,000rpm with peak torque of 263.7Nm @ 2,500rpm and is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The updated MPV comes in four variants – standard, Max, LS and LT.
"GM engineers carried out an extensive upgrade of the popular Tavera based on customer feedback. It demonstrates GM India's commitment to listening to our customers and continuously upgrading the products," said Lowell Paddock, GM India President and Managing Director.
